Who we are
Flashman (https://www.flashman.in) is a free website of browser-based developer utilities, guides, and articles. It is operated by Rahul Chitturi. For privacy questions, email rahulchitturi888@gmail.com or use the contact page. We do not require an account to use the tools.
Tool input
Text you paste into formatters, decoders, and converters is processed on your device. We do not intentionally receive, collect, or store that input on our servers. Do not send passwords, production tokens, or customer data by email. The disclaimer explains the limits of tool output.
Cookies and similar storage
Until you choose, analytics and advertising storage stay off. The choice is saved in local storage in your browser under a consent key. That record is not an advertising profile.
- Necessary. The site remembers Accept or Reject so the banner does not ask on every page. Theme preference may also be stored locally.
- Analytics. If you choose Accept, we load Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and aggregate usage. IP anonymization is requested. Reject means the analytics tag is not granted storage.
- Advertising. If you choose Accept, Google AdSense may store and read advertising cookies to show and measure ads. Reject means ad storage, ad personalization, and ad user data stay denied.
Advertising
We use Google AdSense to help pay for hosting. Ads are labeled Advertisement and appear only after Accept. We do not ask you to click ads. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites, subject to your choice and to Google's policies.

You can control personalized ads at Google Ads Settings, aboutads.info/choices, and Your Online Choices.
Your choice
Choose Accept to allow analytics and advertising storage, or Reject to keep both denied. Use Cookie settings in the footer to clear that choice and decide again. Clearing site data in the browser also removes it. Withdrawing Accept stops further ad and analytics storage from this site. Cookies already set by Google are controlled in your browser or in the opt-out pages above.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the legal basis for analytics and advertising cookies is your consent. You can refuse or withdraw that consent without losing access to the tools.
What we do not sell
We do not sell personal information. We do not share tool input with advertisers. Google may process advertising and analytics data as an independent controller or partner under its own terms when you have accepted those cookies. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and the site is not directed at them.
Retention and transfers
The consent flag stays in your browser until you change it or clear site data. We do not run a user database for the tools. Google retains Analytics and AdSense data under its own retention rules, and that processing may happen outside your country. Server logs from the host may include IP address, user agent, and the URL requested, for security and operations, and are kept only as long as the host's normal log retention.
Your requests
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold, or to object to certain processing. Email rahulchitturi888@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will respond if we can identify a record. Because tool input is not stored, we usually have nothing to return for a formatter session.
Changes
We will update the date at the top of this page when the policy changes. Continued use of the site after a change means you have the updated policy available. Advertising and analytics still wait for the choice described above.
