About Flashman

Free browser-based developer tools: JSON, JWT, Base64, YAML, MATLAB/Simulink helpers, and more. Fast, private, and client-side.

Who we are

Rahul Chitturi is a software engineer and developer tools enthusiast who created Flashman to provide fast, reliable, and privacy-focused utilities for the developer community. With years of experience in web development, API integration, and DevOps workflows, the goal is to build tools that respect your time and your data.

Every tool is designed with privacy in mind—processing your data locally in the browser whenever possible, so sensitive information never leaves your device.

Why we built this

Developers and domain automation engineers need fast, trustworthy utilities without uploading sensitive payloads to unknown servers. Flashman runs transformations in your browser whenever possible and keeps the interface minimal.

What you will find

28+ tools across encoding, formatting, generation, conversion, debugging, text utilities, and MATLAB/Simulink helpers. We also publish 255 original guides on topics like JWT safety, JSON validation, cron schedules, and client-side privacy.

Editorial policy

Guides and tool descriptions are written for accuracy and clarity, not keyword stuffing. We update content when behavior changes or readers report mistakes. Tool output should always be verified before production or safety-critical use—see our Disclaimer.

Funding

Rahul Chitturi operates Flashman. Hosting is funded in part by advertising through Google AdSense. Ads are labeled and load only after you choose Accept on the cookie banner. Reject keeps analytics and advertising storage off. Tool input stays in the browser either way.

Policies you can read

The Privacy Policy describes cookies, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and how to change your choice. The Terms of Service and Disclaimer cover acceptable use and the limits of tool output. The publisher entry is public at ads.txt.
